NOTE:  If you have regular photographs (not digital / not online) that you would like to have edited or restored, please send us an email to discuss how to send them to us by regular mail.  We can then agree upon a turnaround time for your finished product.  Please be advised that your "photo" will be protected and returned to you in the same condition that it was received.

1)  You email your JPG, PNG, GIF, BMP, to customerservice@cloverspicedesign.com (including other formats, as well!) to us with some basic instructions as to what you'd like to have done or contact us by Phone at (337) 356-3824.  You can also complete a CONTACT US Form on our CONTACT Page - whichever you prefer.  If you've left a Message for us through email / Form, please provide us with a contact number and a good time you'd like for us to call you back and we'll return your call WITHIN 24 Hours, if not much sooner! 

2)  We email you with a FREE PRICE QUOTE. (We may also make suggestions or have some questions in which case, we will include this in the message with your price quote - we may ask that you contact us or we contact you by phone for additional requirements if needed and we'll let you decide which way you'd like to make that contact) .

3)  You "REPLY" to our email if you'd like for us to proceed.  

NOTE:  Our price quotes are FREE as a courtesy to you!!

4)  We will email your retouched photo back to you for review / approval.

5)  You can then go to our WEB STORE page an click on the PAYPAL to provide a fast, safe and secure means of providing payment.

6)  Once your payment has been made, we will then email your finished / completed Photo to you.

It's THAT simple!!  Depending on our schedule at the time and your quick response, we have the ability to provide you with your Completed Project within Days! Otherwise, we will agree upon a turnaround time that is pleasing to YOU!!    

NOTE:  ALL BUSINESS LOGO DESIGNS will be created for use on Business Cards, Business Accessories such as Pens, Receipt Books, Legers, Message Pads, Letterhead, Company Letterhead and Matching Envelopes, etc. and many more products.  

** We create the ENTIRE BUSINESS CARD FOR YOU should you request, or we can just do the LOGO for you and YOU can take this to your favorite Print Shop!  It's completely YOUR CHOICE!!  Should you require - WE WILL HAVE YOUR BUSINESS CARDS COMPLETELY PRINTED OUT AND SENT TO YOU at competitive prices!! We offer these options to you because of many requests we have had from Clients to create or design Logo's that would allow them to have printed on Hats and all of the above, so we can do it ALL for you.

1)  You submit a completed "CONTACT US" form (by clicking on this "CONTACT US" link or you can go to our Contact Us PAGE and submit your requests there!), EMAIL US at: customerservice@cloverspicedesign.com OR Call Us at: (337) 356-3824 and we discuss what your needs are by requesting information such as .... WHERE YOU WORK / YOUR BUSINESS, WHAT YOUR PROJECT EXPECTATIONS ARE - LOGO DESIGN, LOGO WITH BUSINESS CARD IMPLEMENTATION, BUSINESS CARDS ONLY, etc., if you just want your CURRENT BUSINESS CARD LOGO OPTIMIZED AND ENHANCED, if you would like for us to CONTACT YOU for specific requirements you have or any "idea's" you may have ...

If we did not speak with you at THAT time and you've left a "Message" for us via one of these options, then .... 

2)  We contact YOU at a # or Email you have supplied us with, and we take your information and QUOTE YOU FOR FREE right then and there over the phone!

3)  WE THEN COMPLETE YOUR REQUEST AND SEND IT BACK TO YOU TO "PROOF" AND APPROVE.  

Once you APPROVE our Design ....

4)  You go to our WEB STORE and through either PAYPAL or GOOGLE CHECKOUT, make your QUOTED PAYMENT

5)  We then either send you back your Completed Logo, or send the cards off to the PRINTER to be printed and shipped IN 3 DAYS!! Once we get a Tracking Number for your order, we email you / contact you with that number so you can keep track of when your Cards will arrive at your door!!  

*Reminder:  WE PAY ALL SHIPPING CHARGES ON COMPLETED BUSINESS CARDS!
