We guarantee the quality of our work 100%.  We will professionally comply with our Satisfaction Guarantee in that we will complete your work FIRST, get it approved by you and have it ready and waiting for you!  At the time payment is made, we will forward to you the "Completed Project".  All "quotes" are FREE OF CHARGE and there is NO OBLIGATION OR RISK to you!

Our goal is to professionally produce high-quality results at all times and in according to each and every request.  We are not responsible for damages that may occur after we have satisfactorily completed a project and submitted it into your care.  If additional requests are made AFTER your "Proof" has been submitted to you, that were not given at the time of the original quote, we may find it necessary to increase the quoted price to cover the additional work that is required on our part.  We also suggest / advise that each person keep "original" images submitted to us for purposes listed herein and that you submit to us, a COPY of the original image before "edits" have been done.  Alternatively, we will go above and beyond to ensure proper design/editing/image work is done properly and to your specifications.    

Rules/Regulations

Our "FREE QUOTES" given at the time we discuss your requested Project will NOT be adjusted after quoted.  However, WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO ADJUST / INCREASE THE PRICE FOR THE COMPLETED PROJECT IF ADDITIONAL REQUESTS FOR WORK ARE PRESENTED AFTER WE PROVIDE YOU WITH YOUR ORIGINAL QUOTE.  

WE ALSO RESERVE THE RIGHT TO ADJUST / INCREASE THE PRICE FOR THE COMPLETED PROJECT IF THE CONDITIONS OF THE PROJECT CHANGE ON THE CLIENTS PART, REQUIRING MORE TIME, WORK OR ADDITIONAL FEATURES THAT WE WERE NOT PRESENTED WITH AT THE ORIGINAL TIME OF ACCEPTANCE AND QUOTE.  

For Example: We quote a Price for a Client's Project that includes a Logo Design utilizing their own layout, background, wallpaper, images, etc. - We quote a custom price for completion of this project, the Client "ACCEPTS" and we commence the Project.  The Client then informs us that what they had as their layout needs imaging work, research, image enhancement and edits, color changes or even a design FORMED AND CREATED BY US, that "RESEMBLES" their original design because they had either changed their mind, or later decided that they'd like to have certain features / edits made to change that "look" of what was provided to us ORIGINALLY when quoted.  Due to the fact that this now requires additional work and time on our part, we MUST increase the quote for the Client in order to provide them with the changes / alterations / designs that we had agreed to from the start.  

To prevent this from happening, please be as informative as possible when presenting your information and requirements when requesting an "Exact" Quote.  Though we prefer NOT to have to do this, the work and time that is taken up to to complete the project AND the WORK / TIME that we ORIGINALLY DID NOT FACTOR INTO THE QUOTE, we are left with no choice - This being said, we STILL will always try to keep the quote for "ADDITIONAL WORK" as low as possible to ensure we retain your Project.  We will NEVER "turn down" the additional work, but we must charge properly for the work we DO complete and the time required to complete it.  

In the same respect, if this additional work is minimal in Nature, we will PROVIDE THE ADDITIONAL WORK TO YOU FOR NO EXTRA COST.

NOTE:  If your ORIGINAL "QUOTED PRICE" requires an INCREASE due to additional work and time to complete your project, A 50% DEPOSIT IS REQUIRED before we perform additional work and engage in additional work time for your Design. 

Privacy

Please be assured that your privacy will be protected when you trust us with your most intimate photo's and information.  Your Name, contact information, business information, and photographs are NOT shared with ANYONE for ANY PURPOSE.  PayPal is recommended as a very secure method of making payment through a third party so that you do not even have to give US your Credit Card information and other personal and secure information.  We will ONLY ADD YOUR PHOTO'S TO OUR PHOTO GALLERY if you give us WRITTEN CONSENT, otherwise - your photo's will be DELETED FROM OUR SYSTEM after 90 Days for space-allowance and to assure further privacy for your images.
